Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our calling service

How does the payment work?

We use a pre-authorization hold of $1.00 to verify your payment method. Afterwards, you'll be charged for the actual duration of your calls after they're completed, based on the price Twilio charges us. See below for more details on our pricing. Note that the hold is released if you don't make any calls.

What are the call duration limits?

Individual calls are capped at 60 minutes. You can make multiple 60-minute calls as needed. The total charge will be based on the actual duration of all your calls combined, with a minimum charge of $1.00 per billing cycle.

How do I check call rates?

Before making a call, you can use the "Check available time estimate" feature on the main page. This will show you approximately how many minutes you can talk for $1. Note that if your call exceeds this duration, we will extend the hold to cover the entire call cost.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required! You can start making calls immediately by providing your payment information. At some point in the future we may require customers to validate their e-mails to access certain features. We only need your email for verification purposes.

What countries can I call?

Our service supports calling to most countries worldwide. Rates vary by destination country. Use the rate checker on the main page to see specific pricing for your desired number.

When will I be charged?

Charges are processed a few hours after your calls are completed. You'll receive a single charge for all calls made during your session.
